"Best Classes anyone can ever take to accomplish outstanding results to improve clients!"

Structure

The body is not a static stack of blocks - it is an ever-adapting, dynamic myriad of relationship. To improve someone's experience in their body, improve the relationships within the body.

Function

We don't live on massage tables. Our life takes place in motion. Understand function to help people move through their daily activities more freely and fully.

Energetics

On a fundamental level, everything is energy. We work with many different approaches to the energetic/informational systems of the body to deepen the structural and functional aspects of the work.
